If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a detailed reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address or order number from your receipt, or contact us at lguiffreda3@icloud.com and we will help arrange it.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the members area ends and the refunded amount is returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live, and to the refund terms in the Paddle Refund Policy.
