Terms & Conditions
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms apply to Aesthetics Blueprint, an online fitness course operated by Lance Guiffreda ("we", "us"). When you buy or use the course you are entering into an agreement with Lance Guiffreda. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use the course.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing access, or continuing to use the course, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement in the place where you live.
2. What you get
Aesthetics Blueprint is a written digital course covering training, nutrition, and consistency. Access is granted to one individual account for a single one-time payment and is not time limited. It is delivered online only; there are no physical goods, live coaching, or downloadable files unless stated on the site.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your login confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Access is personal: sharing your login, or allowing others to use your account, is not permitted. We verify new devices by email and limit the number of devices per account for this reason.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it unlawfully, engage in fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the security of the service (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits).
5. Intellectual property
All course content, text, images, branding, and software remain the property of Lance Guiffreda. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and use the course for your own personal training. You may not copy, republish, resell, redistribute, or share the content, in whole or in part.
6. Health disclaimer
The course is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition or injury. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is promised. You train at your own risk.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the course available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Content may be updated, improved, or reorganised over time.
8. Payment, tax and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown at checkout and may include sales tax or VAT depending on your location. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our own refund terms — a 30-day money-back guarantee — are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious misuse — including sharing or distributing course content. Where access ends because of a breach, no refund is due beyond any statutory right or the guarantee period described in our Refund Policy.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability arising from the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: lguiffreda3@icloud.com.
